A platform for modern operators
A smart, human, operator-led media platform for the people behind the scenes, the strategic thinkers, problem-solvers, systems builders, and right-hand leaders who keep companies running (even when it doesn’t show up on the org chart).
Each week, you’ll receive operator-led insight and perspective from Chrissy Arias at Office of the EA — created to elevate the people behind the scenes — plus free access to our Slack community so you never have to do the work alone.

Operators don’t always have it easy. You’re solving problems no one else can see, supporting leaders, protecting priorities, connecting dots, and quietly keeping everything moving — often without a real space to talk about the work, the pressure, or the decisions happening behind the scenes.
That’s why we built The Inner Office — a free, private Slack community for modern operators who want a thoughtful, supportive place to learn from one another, compare notes, and not have to explain what the job really is.
Inside, you’ll find real conversation, peer insight, resource-sharing, and connection with people who get it. No hierarchy. No ego. No gatekeeping. Just smart humans helping each other work better — and protect their sanity along the way.
Think of it as the group chat you wish you had — for the people who make work actually work.

Meet the Founder
Chrissy Arias is the founder and operator behind Office of the EA — a media platform and free Slack community built for modern operators, executive partners, and behind-the-scenes leaders. Each week, she writes about the realities of operating at a high level, the work, the mindset, the boundaries, the politics, and how operators can grow their impact and careers.
Chrissy has spent 15+ years working inside organizations of every shape and size, across fashion (Burberry, YSL), technology (Apple, Twilio), and Web3 (Uniswap Labs). She has partnered closely with executive teams through growth, change, and unpredictability — building structure out of chaos and keeping companies running when things get complicated.
She started Office of the EA because operators rarely get a seat at the table, despite holding enormous context, trust, and responsibility. This platform exists to change that.
Outside of work, Chrissy can usually be found with a coffee in hand, reading, writing, running or hanging out with her family.

Still skeptical? Take a look for yourself (You’ll thank me later).
